Installation
How do I install each PowerApp?
We provide detailed instructions and a Power Apps installation wizard for most apps.
We provide ourselves on providing detailed instructions on how to install each app on your own environment.
Test the process for yourself by installing our free RSS Feed Reader PowerApp. If you can successfully install this app, you will be able to install any of our other PowerApps.
What Administration Rights do I need to install?
Depending on the app or your organisation's IT policies you may need Global or SharePoint administrator rights to install an App on your environment.
If you are unsure if you have sufficient rights book and session with us and we can determine what you need.
How many Power Apps Club logins can we have?
Only three users per organisation can access the Power Apps Club site.
Can we have a demo?
Yes!
You can Book in a support session and we can walk you through the apps.
Do you have a demo app?
Yes!
You can try our RSS Reed Reader App for free. This app has a similar structure to our other apps. If you can install this app you should be able to deploy any of our other apps.
Do you offer a trial?
The best way to evaluate the features is to purchase a subscription. If you feel the apps are not the right fit for your organisation you can cancel your subscription after the first year.
Can we edit the app ourselves?
To maintain quality control, the apps are distributed as Managed Solutions. They cannot be edited on your environment.
Licensing
What Microsoft 365 Licence(s) do we need?
Every user will have to have a Microsoft Business licence to use the apps. If you have a Microsoft 365 Business Basic or above plan your users will most probably have a access to Power Apps license.
Can I use the apps on other tenants.
You will not be able to distribute this app to others. If you are a Managed Service Provider then each client using the app(s) will have to have their own Power Apps Club subscription.
Support
Can you install for us?
Yes, if you have the correct administration access, we can guide you through the installation process via a Teams meeting.
Bug Fixes
If you find any bugs let us know and we will aim to fix them as soon as possible.
App Improvements
We are always open to suggestions. Please email us to let us know your suggestions or app requests.
Updates
We will be regularly making improvements to the apps. Check back to the site to ensure you are using the latest versions of the apps.
For security reasons you will have to update each Power App at least once a year.
