When this policy applies
This policy applies to all information collected through our Site, mobile applications, social media applications, email exchanges, products and/or any related services (including training programmes, newsletters, sales, marketing or events) (collectively, the “Services”). This includes when you register with us, express an interest in the getting information from us, taking part in events with us and otherwise contacting us. New Zealand law governs this policy.
